Lava Dragon
You might notice the ads on the sides are no longer there, and that’s because Project Wonderful, the ad service myself and many other webcomics have used, is unfortunately shutting down. It’s too bad, because it was a great addition to the webcomics community and it made every step friendly, fun and easy to understand. It even introduced me to several awesome comics I wouldn’t have known about otherwise! So thanks for being there, Project Wonderful- you will be missed!
Check out my Ko-fi if you’re enjoying the comic! Your kind support is really appreciated! https://ko-fi.com/wscottw
Wow, that’s too bad about Project Wonderful — I advertised my iPhone game there a million years ago and… HEY, WAIT, it’s THEIR fault my game failed! It can’t have been that the game wasn’t much fun to play, and my marketing skills stink! Yeah, that’s it!
Seriously, though, you might want to set up a Patreon page… I’m sure Ko-fi is just as cool, maybe cooler, but it seems that Patreon is winning the mindshare wars. And, for those of us funding several webcomics there already, it’s the easiest thing in the world to add another one, rather than have to set up a new account somewhere else. Sorry if it sounds like I’m shilling for them, I really have no monetary interest in them, they’re just a competent system that I do use to pay a bit to comics (and some other projects!) I like.
And OH YEAH: Nice dragon!
Thanks for the insight on Patreon, I hadn’t thought of it that way!
Ah yes, I’m set up on Patreon as well. I think it would give you a steadier cash flow along with “Poppy O’possum” and other webcomics I support. Glad the Crunchy Crew got a break from the dragon! They can hug him and squeeze him, and name him George.
