So, guess what?? Today’s comic is the 100th Crunchy Bunches strip! Sweet! It’s been pretty awesome doing this comic for so long. I wasn’t even sure I’d make it this far. I just wanted to keep making them until I got bored of it, but that hasn’t happened yet. So thanks for reading, fav-ing, ‘liking,’ or what have you. Here’s to another 100 comics.
I feel like now is as good of a time as any to recharge my batteries, so I’ll be taking 3 weeks off from updating the comic. Stick around though, Crunchy Bunches will be back in October!
Congratulations! It’s certainly been a fun ride, looking forward to more! Thanks for doing the strip.
Thanks for reading it!
Dark days indeed. With that neon Comic Sans in the background, you’d probably open the box and pour out a pile of crunchy JPEG artifacts.
Heh, I knew using Comic Sans would come in handy some day for representing a regrettable time in someone’s life, and I was right!
Congrats dude.
Keep on trucking!
Thanks!
Haha.. 60 years old, but stays young.. That’s Crunchy! :D
Anyway congrats for your 100th comic, willing to read your comic from start.. And have a nice 3 weeks break! ;)
Thanks, I’m glad you’ve been enjoying it so far.
No problemo mate! :)
Anyway, any surprises at the next update in October?
I know it’s a secret, just want a hint..
Geez.. Almost forgot..
Already have Manga Studio now, which pencil, pen or brush did you use to draw this comic? And how to make the background?
I just use the default pen tool. I usually do the backgrounds in Corel Painter.
You should use your secret animator skills and play around with classy 50s Crunchy Bunches, Waffles.
That’s a cool idea. If I have the time some day…
Why do I find the tail-pad from the 90’s the best part?
Because safety is the best!
100 pages, and it’s still fresh and crunchy like you just opened the box…and to think I only knew this existed back around the catapult strip! I should’ve let GH and Ryusui tell me this existed earlier than that!
October’s finally here, so I hope you’re recharged and ready! Especially when I’m still exhausted from schoolwork and work-work to keep myself from going broke…how do you find that balance?
Glad you like it! Yup, I’ve got a comic ready for this Saturday so look out for it!
Sometimes it’s hard to find the time, but I just try to make sure I work on a bit of it each day so I’m not rushing last minute (I’m not in school anymore, though). I also try to plan things as simply as possible, or at least have a simple back-up idea if I have trouble making it more complicated.
